I am always hesitant to purchase large items on line, due to possible damage, or perhaps getting a second, possibly slightly dented. I will say PEX has been 200%. I recieved my water heater in
A-1 condition, packed extremely well, for much less money than I could have purchased it locally.
I am extremly pleased, and I will purchase from PEX again without any hesitation!!!
