    We have a double wide jacuzzi tub with 6 or 8 jets, will this unit be able to fill the unit with hot water?

      A:

      A tankless water heater can provide hot water indefinitely, as long as its per-minute flow rate is not exceeded. The maximum flow rate depends on the temperature rise. If you need to make 40°F water 105°F, you have a 65°F temperature rise. This particular unit can provide 5 GPM at a 65°F rise. For more information please refer to the specifications linked below.

    In the overview the "Specs" say the flow rate = 0.65 GPM however in the "Description" it says the unit delivers over 7 GPM. What is the flow rate and the temperature change?

      A:

      0.65 GPM is the minimum flow rate to activate the unit. 7.2 GPM is the maximum flow rate the unit can handle. This occurs at a 45°F temperature rise.
