    do you recomend one of these at each baseboard? Does an air eliminator at the boiler take the place of air bleeds at the baseboard?

      An air eliminator at the boiler would be able to remove air for the whole system.

      This part does not come with a screw. People generally use a Taco 417-3 coin vent in the 1/8" threaded opening.
