Great compact unit. The only bad thing about this is the requirement to run a 220V 40 amp service however you need this much power to get enough temperature rise to make the water hot. Is does work instantly. Easy to install with 3/8" connections. Make sure you have long enough 3/8 x 3/8 hoses or plumb with 3/8" copper
