GEA FlatPlate's MP Series is designed specifically for multi-purpose Marine and Swimming Pool applications, where chlorine, salt, biological elements or low concentrations of acids are present. The MP Series is rugged, yet very compact, representing the latest technology in marine duty plate heat exchangers. It's Nickel brazed, Marine Stainless Alloy plates offer significant improvements in reliability over traditional stainless materials and has high efficiency heat transfer for applications up to 60 gpm per unit. All MP Series models have male pipe thread fittings and mounting stud bolts. Rated for 150psi.

    Which side of the heat exchanger do I hook up to the pool? The paper work says for my convenience side A is marked with a blue dot.

      The pool would be side B of the heat exchanger.

    can you pipeup to the heat exchanger with pvc on the pool side? also what should the boiler temp be when using exchanger for pool?

      You can use PVC. Your boiler temperature should normally be around 160°F - 180°F.
