Very easy to apply. Works almost immediately with super results. I would recommend this to anyone with a leaky boiler as mine has to eventually be replaced, but I will be able to make it through another winter season and be able to save up for the replacement cost between now and next winter. It truly is a miracle!

My boiler was leaking bad and will still need to be replaced but this product sealed the leak and we should get another season out of the boiler. Unbelievable!!! It's been in the boiler one month and no leaks.....wow!

We had a problem with an old boiler corroding and developing leaks. Two bottles of boiler liquid plugged the holes and the boiler is working more efficiently than I can ever remember. As we are expereincing the worst cold snap in 48 years here, plumbers were in high demand and none were available to sort out our problem. Being able to fix the boiler so simply was a great relief.
