i have a ten yr old burnham gas steam boiler and i put a half of a quart of this cleaner in every year. and my boiler runs like a champ clean . efficient and dont for get to remove old paint from your radiators and have them powder coated and youll be running a most efficient system .. when you have coats of old paint on your radiator the paint acts as an insulator and you end up using more energy and more money.. you can powder coat them in any color and it lasts a life time

    Q:

    I have on older radiant system with the line imbedded in concrete. The lines that were use are made of rubber. This was put in around the early eighties when pex was not available yet. Will this product harm the rubber lines.
