The product is a direct replacement for the solenoid on my Honeywell HE220, installed without problem, and works fine. The price was great; I was quoted as much as twice the price I paid when compared to local vendors. The only reason I rate the product a 4 is because my furnace and humidifier are located just outside my master bedroom on the 2nd floor in a utility closet, and the click when the solenoid opens is VERY audible. I don't remember the original solenoid being that loud. However, at least it doesn't wake me up, and I would buy the product again. Yeah, I know, odd complained. ;)

Works great as a replacement valve on humidifiers. Also very easy to install. I would have given a 5 star rating but only had it for a few months now- and want to see how long it lasts/works. The original valve that came on the humidifier lasted about 6 years.

Homeowner trying to save a buck. the honeywell He265 is a great Humidifier, but it just stopped working, here are some things to do first, check all the wire conections, there are only 5 moving parts, trasnformer, selenoid, thermastat and pump. the selennoid was easy to replace fit perfectly there were no directions in the box but it wasn't hard to figure out, still working fine. saved a lot of money on a service call, cusotmer service at "pex" were great to deal with. thanks

Very satisfy with this purchase! I was a bit concern in the begining as I never buy part across the border (I am from Canada) from an unknown website.
