                I taped the sensor bulb to a hot water circulating loop in an effort to control the loop pump. The bulb is not sensing the heat from the pipe accurately. I have order a "well" to install in the line (via a tee) in hopes of a more sensitive operation. The well has not arrived so I can't tell you if it will work.

                      Bought this as a fail safe high limit in a hydronic system to which I added an outdoor reset control. The first unit I received was misassembled and non-functional. After a quick and cheerful replacement by Pex Supply, the unit works as expected.
