                                The piolet light would not stay lit after the furnance went through i'ts cycle. Replacin the thermol couple did not correct the problem. The problem was the pilot burner was clogged, by replacing the pilot burner this corrected the problem and the furnance has worked fine since. I shopped around for a replacement piolet burner and found pex had the best price by far, compared to other sources. The shipment was on time in about 3 days. The person I spoke with was very helpful and cordual.

                                                The Q314 pilot burner will produce approximately 1100 to 1300 BTUs. We are not sure exactly what you mean by air usage.

                                                You are correct that a lazy yellow flame is an indication of a bad pilot burner. At a minimum, we recommend that you try to adjust the pilot burner flame, but you may need to change the pilot burner altogether.
