Features

  • Combination gas controls for use in 24 Vac, gas-fired, standing pilot appliances with capacities from 20 to 200 cfh.
  • Controls include manual valve, two automatic operators, servo pressure regulator and pilot adjustment.

  • Compact size.

  • Provide two automatic valves.

  • Solenoid-operated first automatic valve opens on thermostat call for heat; closes when call for heat ends.

  • Diaphragm-operated second automatic valve opens under control of regulator; closes if gas or power supply is interrupted.

  • Meet codes requiring dual safety shutoff.

  • Natural to LP and LP to Natural conversion kits available for standard and slow opening gas valves.

  • LITE-RITE (OFF-PILOT-ON) lighting sequence.

  • All adjustments, wiring connections and pilot outlet are accessible from top of control.

  • Adjustable servo regulator effectively maintains almost constant gas output pressure under wide fluctuations in gas supply pressure.

              I have a 25 year old boiler and after troubleshooting, found the Aquastat relay and gas valve were shot. I searched locally and found supply houses were not helpful as the model was old and had been replaced and I could not get a straight answer. I contacted Pex Supply after doing an online search and they cheerfully gave me the correct model replacement and the best price I could find online!! The only complaint was that the online chat to get the info on a replacement took nearly 3 days to hear back from. In the meantime I was without heat, so on day 2 with no response, I chose to call their toll free # and got an immediate answer. Thanks Pex!!!!

                                This product was an exact replacement for my control valve that was leaking internally. But you do need to be careful to get all the connections sealed properly. Apparently,I was successful in that as no more gas smell from the flue.

                                          This is a 24 Vac valve, and draws .5 amps @ 24 Vac (12VA). There are many Honeywell transformers that will be large enough to operate this valve such as the AT72D1683, AT140A1000, and AT150F1022.
