Used these to plumb 3/8 supply runs to lower flow hot-water fixtures like sinks and dishwasher. Now I get hot water to the distant fixtures much faster than with larger diameter pipes and no impact on pressure at the end.

Copper crimp ring

The copper crimp ring is the most effective way to seal pex fittings. Way more relible than the stainless rings. I you don't want to go back and fix drips, the copper rings are the way to go.

Not for weaklings

Comments about 3/4" PEX Crimp Ring:

Used them for setting manifolds. Make sure the crimper has space to completely open the handles (same with 1/2") and you don't have to be at arms length from the work. Otherwise they work beautifully. Only one had to be redone. Easily decrimped with a Dremel-like disc if you are careful.

      Yes, the Wirsbo Aquapex tubing fits standard copper compression rings.
      Aquapex is a very high-quality tubing well suited to compression fittings. I have had no problems in three years of use, even though parts of the lines have frozen solid several times.

      Crimp fittings are not available for 1-1/4" PEX. You may want to consider ProPEX fittings (only compatible with PEX-A) or the 1-1/4" WIPEX fitting.
