Comments about Little Giant VCMA-15UL, 65 GPH Automatic Condensate Removal Pump:

I use this product to get the condensate AC water out of my basement. This system is SUPER EASY to hook up and is pretty much no fuss after that. Easily pumps 8 to 16 gallons of water a day here in the hot, humid, mid-atlantic summer. I pump to an outside holding tank and then I use the water on flowers and vegetables. I am planning on buying another one of these units to hook to my basement dehumidifier, that way I can have even more water saved for my garden. (note: AC condensate IS NOT drinking water, but fine for plants or washing a car)

Very quiet... never hear it kick on in the basement. Easy to use, seems very reliable. Got us through one winter season. I like that it had screw slots to attach right to the furnace also.

hello, we have had this pump for almost 5 years hooked to a brand new gas furnace and central air unit. We noticed this week that there is water over flowing onto the floor the pump is running but does not seem to be pumping the water out into the drain hose. are there any suggestion for troubleshooting this problem?
