Item is very very easy to replace existing wall thermostat for adjusting temperature on wall heaters. I found it the least inexpensive here at Pexsupply. I had look at box stores, etc., when I found one for(tenants)...the price was outrageous.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

    What is the purpose of the anticipator

      A:

      The anticipator ensures the room temperature will not exceed the set-point temperature on the thermostat. It does this by ending the call for heat before the set point is reached, as heat generally does not reach the thermostat immediately upon being generated.
