Needed a fan to come on only when AC came on, this was the perfect solution! Works great, easy to program, seems very sturdy and accurate.

    do make a remote for this thermostat or a way i can control it from smartphone kids leave it on all the time

      There is no remote control available for this thermostat. At this point, smart phone control is limited to more advanced thermostats like the Honeywell Prestige.
