              Used this pex=al=pex for our new homes infloor heat in slab in lower level and the garage and between the floor joists for the upper level. The pipe was great to work with as it holds its shape well so easy to install. We'll see how well it transfers heat later this fall when we turn on the pumps.

                    Comments about Mr. PEX 1/2" PEX-AL-PEX Tubing - (300 ft. coil):

                    Switched out the Uponor hepex for pex-al-pex in my staple up with plates due to the noise of the expanding hepex jumping in the plates. So far the pex-al-pex has been silent.

                    It is much more difficult to run, especially as a retrofit, as it is much easier to kink, and much harder to fix. Get lots of help, and watch every bend very carefully.
