This isn't so much on the product as it is on the customer service.
I had received some wrong information on designing the mechanicals of my radiant floor heat system from an outside source that caused me to have to return items that would not work for my system. Not only were they profesional but eager to help me with the return. The owner himself helped me. Other companies charge a restock fee but PexSupply.com must plan to be around for my return buisness and did not.

I would have thought that these would come with any pump you bought. They universally don't. As a product, they work well and install easily.

pay for flanges

Used it in mounting my pump. It made my job easier, and you can put a shut off valve on one or both sides if you want.
