The Boiler Control 262 is a microprocessor-based boiler outdoor reset control that has two modes of operation. Mode 1 operates as two stage boiler and DHW, and mode 2 operates as two boilers or Lo / Hi fire boiler for DHW applications. A Tekmar Indoor Sensor, Digital RTU, or Zone Control can be connected to provide indoor temperature feedback from single or multiple zones. An optional Remote Display Module 040 and DHW indirect sensor can also be added.

    Q:

    I have a wood boiler and an oil burner. I am looking to run both units. I am looking to put in an indirect water heater and I need a controller for all of this. Will this wrk for my application? How can I get more documentation on how to set this up?

      A:

      This control can run both boilers, as well as the indirect water heater that will be connected. It will not, of course, be able to stop the wood from burning, but can control its circulation pumps. Please view the product documents posted under the 'Manuals' tab for more information.

    I have a two stage water to water heat pump with a buffer tank. I am using setpoint 512 thermostats to control the zones. I am looking for somthing that will control the buffer tank temp two stage heating (120deg. max), and two stages of cooling. Would this product work, or do you have any sugestions. Thank You

      This product should help you control the two stages of heating, but as far as we know Tekmar does not make any products that would be compatible with two stages of cooling.
