Valve replacement kit

Just bought a house that had the old style of valves in it and some had the stems broken off so I decided to replace the whole manablocs valves.
Once I got the procedure down for removeing the old valves it went pretty fast. After I removed the old valves I put just a little faucet grease(#80360A) on the new ones and into the opening to help lub and prevent any future problems. Now they work real smooth
Pex Supply had the new valves to me in about a week. Will definetly order from them again.

Used to replacement an old valve with broken valve adjustment tab. These new valves have larger tabs that will not break when turning the valve on or off. Easy installation. It would be nice if there was an option to buy just the valve, I don't need a new T-handle every time I need to replace a broken valve.

This is the part you need if your valve o-ring gets damaged from debris in the line. Easily pop out the old one and pop the new one in...turn the water back on! That's it! Each kit comes with a new red turn key, which is always nice to have an extra!

    My manabloc was installed in 1998 and it is also the vanguard manabloc do you think the valve stem replacement part would be compatible?

      Yes, I replaced all of the old style valves (black stemmed by Vanguard) that were installed in Jun/98 with the new style (red and blue by Viega)in Mar/12. Very easy installation. Just follow the directions. I would recommend buying the Manabloc compression nut wrench to remove every other water line to make it easier to get behind the manifold to "pop" out the old ones otherwise you won't be able to do it yourself. It took me approximately 1 hr and 10 min to change out 38 values. This included turning off the water, drain the Manabloc, remove the red and blue caps covering the black valve stems (pry them with off with the slotted end of the provided tool), take loose every other water line and pull it back so you can get your hand behind the water valves, pop out the old valves (with the same provided tool), push in new valves with your thumb until hear them click into place, attach the water lines back, turn the water back on and check for leaks which I did not experience any.

      Probably not. Viega acquired the MANABLOC line from Vanguard in 2004. Current replacement parts generally only work with units manufactured after that time.

      I replaced all the valves in the manabloc with these(the old valves were black in color)(both hot and cold) and they fit. The house was built in 2001.
