This Manabloc Supply Adapter worked perfectly for my application. Easy installation. The only thing that could be made better about it is to put some hex flats on it to get a grip for turning it into whatever NPT fitting you are using with it. My Channel-Locs could barely get a grip, because the material is so hard. Be sure to do all your tightining BEFORE you connect it to the Manabloc.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

We have a 1" water supply line coming into our home, after installing the whole home filter our line cut down to 3/4" entering the manifold, this supplied the domestic cold and also 3/4" supply to the hot water heater. Increasing the supply to 1" increased the flow to the manifold and water heater resolved the issue with the flow with when multiple faucets are open at the same time.

I knew that I would not be ready to reinstall my hot water heater for a while.
The terminator cap allowed me to turn on some of my cold water lines immediately, without having to install my water heater.
That was very convienient for me.

      A:

      Supply adapters are only available in 3/4" and 1" sizes (1/2" would not provide an adequate amount of water to the manifold). The distribution ports, on the other hand, work with either 3/8" or 1/2" PEX. Those fittings come with MANABLOCs, in the amount, size, and style ordered.

    Q:

    What is meant by "zero lead?" I have a leak at the hot water supply line coming into the manifold and a friend a few months back tried to remove the connection to replace the washer (we presumed that was what was causing the problem) but once the nut was unscrewed there was no clearance between the manifold pipe and the supply line (is this is was is meant by zero lead?) so we couldn't get at the washer. Instead he applied some teflon sealant and that has held up until now. I would like to change the washer and stop the leak.
