Package shipped in adequate packaging. Initially, I was a bit worried about the product as it was very light weight. It included everything needed to replace my old brass version (which had an ugly chain as a support at the bend). The "drop rod" for the corner was too long, but no one can blame them for various ceiling heights. Instructions would have been nice, but not required. Great product at a great price!!

As good or better than others I have purchased at much higher prices. Downrod included.

good product for the price had to order a seperate ceiling support from lowes because my application required drilling into tile on the long end by using 2 ceiling supports was able to install rod without problems. Had to cut rod to fit would recommend using pipe cutter instead of hacksaw. you need to be a fairly experienced handy man with the right tools to install this if your not handy or don't have the right tools I would buy the rood and use the money you save to pay someone else to install.. over all rod is working and looks good one other note if you are looking for instructions don't there arent any..

this product would have worked. was made a little cheap. also the support rod is way to long. but like I said I didn't use. ended up putting up a wall and surround around my tub. guess I'll either sell or save for another project...

The only thing I didn't like about this product is that the celing rod was to long for my installation. I had to purchase a 1/4" piece of all thread and cut it to length. Some type of coupling would be nice so that you could cut the unthreaded rod to make it the length you need.

I cautiously awaited the arrival of this shower rod. Reason being, the photo shot (angle) of this product is way wrong and confusing to say the least. However, if you need an L-shaped rod, this will do the trick. And the price - unbeatable![...] perhaps this tid bit will help you: Measure the length of your tub; mine was less than 5', so the 5' rod was perfect. Also, as mentioned in an earlier comment, the ceiling support was short. I extended it by taking two light-bulb-shaped metal shower curtain rings and putting then together end to end - Presto! Looks great - [$] for twelve shower rings compared to purchasing another ceiling support for $28.00

This is the second time we have purchased this shower rod for use in our home and our daughters. The shower curtain hooks fit nicely on it and roll nicely too. Also comes complete with the down rod, alot of the other ones I was looking at are at a much higher price and the down rod is a option at an additional cost.
