The new CrimpAll tool by Watts Radiant crimps four sizes of PEX pipe. This versatile new tool crimps any 3/8", 1/2 ", 5/8", and 3/4" standard PEX crimp fittings. The complete PEX Tool kit includes the CrimpAll tool with four jaw set sizes, rugged tool case, adjustment tools, and a "go/no-go" gauge. This tool uses the Black Copper rings in combination with standard PEX crimp fittings to make connections.

The tool is great and works well. The carry case could be a little better. This particular design can be a problem becasue of how wide the handles must open, so it does not fit into tight spaces.

Well made crimper ,A bit pricey but crimps rings perfect so far that I dont bother with the go no go guide anymore. And I dont feel guilty about having this tool on a shelf in my shop , cause I know it will be used more in the future.

    i have both copper and steel crimps which tool will work or can i replace one with another and the crimp clamps have no lip on them like the steel ones shown how do you get these clamps off

      A:

      The copper rings are called "crimps," and they work with this tool. The stainless steel rings with a lip are called "clamps." You would need a clamping tool with those rings. Crimp and clamp rings for PEX use the same fittings, so you can replace one with the other as long as you have the right tool and the fitting is in tact.

      With Qest tubing, you must use the fittings, rings, and tools designed specifically for it by Zurn. This tool will not work.

    I just Crimped my first fitting. Go/ Nogo says a good crimp. However, Should I grease the jaws where they contact the ring so they do not wear out? There was alot of roughness to the crimp ring.
