    You have a larger package deal and it states that that tool can make and cut the clamp fitting. Can this and the lower price model do this?

      A:

      The only clamp tool we carry that also cuts the clamp rings is the HDCLAMPTOOL. This model cannot cut the rings.

  • Q:

    What is the difference between this tool and the less expensive tool? I have the less expensive tool and it has failed when using it on 1" clamps. The little pin gets out of position causing the jaws to work to one side and hanging on the clamp. The less expensive tool seems to work OK on smaller tubing. I need a heavier duty tool.
