                    This igniter was an exact match to what I needed. My furnace boiler feeds a low temperature radiant heating system which is very efficient but results in short cycling of the boiler and a shorter life for the igniters. Having a spare igniter--and one that is so easy to obtain and install--eliminates the need for costly service calls from my gas supplier.

                          i ordered a couple of these after learning an expensive lesson by not remembering to replace this important item- for about 4 yrs, it ruined the control board also. For the 15 bucks or so it easy to change every year. The main comment i want to make is the this company has excellent service, I received the part in about 2 days after ordering it on a Sunday. I'll remember these folks if i need anything else!

                                    Glad to,
                                    The orange "Suppressor" slides over top of the ignitor where the "spark plug
                                    wire" clips onto the ignitor. That means it is on the outside of the
                                    combustion chamber and is visible by just removing the jacket of the boiler.
                                    It kind of "engages" or "couples" or "clips" to the spark plug wire.
                                    I am not sure why it is called the "suppressor" unless it stops stray
                                    electrical current from tracking along the outside of the ceramic when the
                                    ignitor builds excessive resistance. That explanation or speculation would
                                    probably explain why earlier produced Ultras did not have it. Kind of a
                                    retrofit solution.
                                    Regarding Model- Mine is an Ultra 155 and it was originally included on the
                                    factory ignitor.
                                    If my explanation is not clear enough let me know and I will take a picture
                                    of it and send it to you.

                                    Mine had the suppressor already on it, just slips over the spark plug style end of the igniter under the spark wire.
