                                    Yes. Other than removing the nut that holds the door locked there is nothing to dissasemble. just follow instructions.

                                    Yes..its behind a single nut, on a hinged door. But, you have to disconnect the fuel line and power coupler in most cases.

                                    The model number should be listed on the front of the burner or in the manual for the boiler. You will need the part number or model number of the burner, or at least the boiler model, in order to find a replacement.
