        the pressure gauge is will not go below 20 psi, which is pointless in my situation where I need only 12 psi. I think the temp. gauge is fine though.

                  The black arrow notes the pressure reading. The red arrow can be turned anywhere on the dial by the user as a reference point for temperature or pressure.

                My gauge stared leaking at the back of gauge a couple of days ago. It was installed a year ago. I don't what is wrong with it. How do I fix it? Thanks

                  A:

                  You should check to make sure that the gauge is not leaking from where it is threaded into the boiler/pipe. If this is the case, you may need to tighten it. If that is not the case, then you will need to replace the unit.

                  The tapping size of the P-468 is 1/4". This pressure-temperature gauge has 1/4" threads and would screw right in. So yes this gaue would work on the P-468.
