    Is this safe to use on pex tubing? Aprrox. how much would I need on a system containing five zones?

    Have had Ultra 80 unit in use for over 5 years. Would like to use to prevent internal corrosion. Is this easy to use? How is it applied? How does concentrate get mixed into circulatory system?

      A:

      Use a caulking gun to inject the X100 inhibitor into the system, following the instructions on the tube. Inject all of the inhibitor. Allow time for the water to circulate and mix. Then check the inhibitor level. Add additional inhibitor if necessary.
