        I installed the same boiler 11 years ago, replaced the gas valve one time. very reliable. The only reason I just replaced it is I was flooded out.

                  This boiler would give you 60 BTUs per square foot, which should be more than enough in a home with normal insulation (even in the cold climate of Syracuse).
