We have 10 of these in service in commercial offices and the Tenant can use them easily. Straight forward to install. They have been installed for a year with no service issues. The lock out feature(pin #) is difficult to employ but you only need to use it if there are too many fingers on the tstat.

The house temperature feels exact how we've set. We will get the same product when the other is broken. Although it takes a bit of times to program the setting but it is worth!

For my old heat-air system I had a one stage White Rodgers thermostat that I loved - when I had to get the new system last summer, they told me I needed a two stage and they installed one of their brands. After putting up with a thermostat that was very difficult to use, I bought the two-stage White Rodgers that is the same programming wise as my original thermostat. I could not be happier now that I can easily program the unit and make changes for one day and then go back to what I had before with a couple clicks in the program screen.
I did pay my heat-air company to install as I had issues figuring out the one they installed and making the comparable install on this one - but still worth it in the end.
Plus the house is keeping warmer with this thermostat than with the one they installed.

Is there anything this thermostat can't do? If there is, I haven't found it yet. It can be programmed to do pretty much anything you can think of. It was simple to install, simple to set-up, simple to program and is simple to use.

Best features: Unlike many other thermostats, you can set a temperature range and the system will automatically switch between heating and air conditioning.
There is a temperature override, useful when there is a temporary change in your schedule- you can set the override for an hour or many days. Comes in handy for holidays and other temporary changes in the schedule, without having to change the permanent program.
Screen is easy to read and use.

Worst feature: expensive

Used this thermostat to help control and monitor a problem area in our building. Works great and I like the touchscreen.

Overall a good thermostat with nice features but the blue display is one of the worst I've seen. I have to get a flashlight to do anything more than raise the temp up or down. It's easy to program if you can see it!

These thermostats are the best, they have all the features you need and then some. I purchased ten of these for my church, mostly because of the key pad lock out to keep people from messing with the settings. The keypad is backlit and easy to read.

The lage temp numbers are really great, maybe too large for some. Off, cool & auto should be much larger, about double existing size, maybe bold also. The unit is very nice, the auto feature is an outstanding feature.
