Put in 3 of these in a small Doctor's office. I bought this model mainly for 2 reasons. 1- was that it is very easy to override not only the temperature, but also the amount of time to override, and 2- because it has the "Prog" fan feature that can be set for the day time only schedule. This feature ensures the fan run for at least 10 mins every 1/2 hour. The first day the business was open, they commented that the temperature control was better than it ever has been. I attribute that to the "Prog" fan feather. Also, since PexSupply had a box of 4 of these stats for such a great price, I was able to get an extra one for the Doctor's house. He really liked that idea. Also, I have one of these in my house so I am very familiar with it and had no problem recommending it.

I use this for heat only system, with a remote sensor that is in babie's bedroom. This way I know don't have to guess what to set the thermostat at night every night, I know how his room will be.
On the plus, it works very nicely and holds the temperature where it needs to be. It is very configurable, has lots of setup options. It is very easy to override the programmed value, and you can do this temporary override, or permanent override which stays until you go back to program mode, which is also very easy with one button click. I like that once it is in permanent override mode, it behaves like a non-programmable thermostat. It can be configured to be used as completely as non-programmable, but with this configuration it doesn't display the clock.
The touchscreen works very well, it never missed my touchs.

On the con side, the display could have more contrast to make it more readiable from distance and especially from angle. We have it wired such that it gets power from system transformer. This way it is configured to always show high intensity backlight, which makes it more readible. But not everyone might be connecting this way. For us it is in a place where you naturally are close to it to be able to see it, so readibility is not an issue, especially with the continous high backlight.

The relay switches are on the loud side when they turn on and off. In a bedroom this could be an issue if you are bothered with such noises.

Overall I really like it for our use.

I had put this thermostat in my last house and worked great. I bought 5 for my new house love them I can control limits times and even the wife can adjust the temperature without problems.

Pros: easy to use, easy to program many custom choices in setup.

Cons: no code needed to enter program mode

Great thermostat - easy to install and programme, and we love the 7 day option. Makes life so much easier when going away, and keeping control of our heating/cooling costs.
We have always had White Rodgers thermostats and always will - never had a problem with them.

Haven't had a chance to get into much of the sophisticated programming capabilities, but it's very functional and works well for what I wanted it for (separate fan circuit that runs the fan each hour if the system hasn't already run).

Only negative is that it's hard for me to read. The brightness/contrast is tough on my eyes.

Product was purchased for the programmable set-back capabilities but there are many additional features which makes this a very flexible device for individual installations. The Comfort Fan capability which operates the fan if the heat/cool system has not run within 60 minutes is an awesome feature. This feature helps to distribute the air and keep warm and cool pockets from forming. Unfortunately this feature is not programmable as the instructions seems to indicate.

I use the 90 for my main floor thermostat and it has provided convenient setup and accurate operation. I like the large display and the ability to modify setting on the fly that take effect based on what's happening at home. It would be nice if there was a screen which allowed you to see all settings across the week without having to tab though each day. I did not see that in any other competitors though.
