I installed last week and it worked just fine. Fireplace heated up and fan switched on Fireplace cooled down and fan switched off.

This part replaced a discontinued switch in a 50 y/o heater. Instead of replacing the entire unit for ~$700 (as recommended by the manufacturer, Reznor), I replaced the part for ~$7. It seems to work great.I found a comparable part at another online store for about $35.I'll definitely shop at Pex again for my plumbing and HVAC needs.

I am looking for a replacement part of Therm-o-disc, Inc. The back of the part has many numbers on it. 3F01-130 is one of them. This kind of looks like the part, but the piece is flat on the north end of the picture above which appears to be pointing toward the sky. Is this the part?
