                          The "tools required list" for my radiant heat package said use a hacksaw to cut the pex. Tried that idea once before deciding this little tubing cutter was worth its weight in gold. I was initially concerned about the plastic construction, but it's plenty strong enough to handle cutting pex.

                                      At the box store you can buy many more expensive models. If you are a home owner who will not be using this often or wearing it out this is perfect for the job. I replaced all the plumbing in a beach house and this is still working strong, buts 3/4 without any effort.
