Comments about Zurn 150# Grease Trap, 75gpm:

I used it for a small cooking area and is larger than needed due to City Codes but is the best for the money. Construction is solid and smooth. Easy to install and easy to apply. Everything about it was perfect for the job it is used for. I would and will recommend this product to others as needed.

It appears they require some sort of a concrete box around the grease trap, but you will likely need to check with a local official to get the specifics.
