I 'discovered' Pexsupply.com almost three years ago, and just placed my seventh order in the past two years. An issue with an expired gift certificate was efficiently corrected, and I have not experienced any other issues. Goods are accurately described on their web site, and I've received my orders in good time. Do subscribe to their newsletter, as their discount coupons are invaluable, as is the free shipping on larger orders.

Wow! Great customer service, and good prices too! PexSupply.com was willing to research additional parts not on their web site. They responded quickly with quotes, and even added the items to their already comprehensive online offerings. Customer service reps have been available without holding, polite, helpful, and return calls quickly. One of the best online merchants I have worked with.

Thank You to PexSupply. I have an old furnace that needed a circulator pump. The standard Taco replacement pumps have a flange orientation that was 90 degrees out from what I needed. I did not want to re-orient the flanges being the furnace was so old. Your company did what many others did not seem like they wanted to or could not and that was make the call to the manufacturer to find out if they could get the part I needed. You were able to get me the part, it came in great condition AND the price was reasonable.
