Available Positions:

*All positions are for our Farmingdale location, just two miles north of Southern State Parkway on Route 110.

Plumbing, Heating, HVAC Tech Support

This position involves assisting customers by answering technical questions about plumbing, heating and HVAC products. No technical knowledge is required and the selected candidate will receive training. Most of the information you will need to assist customers can be found by researching online and reading manufacturers' PDFs. Please note in your cover letter if you have field experience or have attended trade school.

Radiant Heat Designer

The candidate selected for this position will design radiant heat systems for customers using AutoCad to lay out the tubing. Some experience working with CAD programs is preferred but training in hydronic heating systems will be provided.

Entry to Mid level Programmer

This position will require programming of Java application utilizing MySQL databases. Responsibilities will involve creating user-friendly front-end applications while implementing efficient back-end applications. The selected candidate will participate in all phases of software development including design, development, testing and deployment.

Customer Service

Responsibilities will include answering phones, entering information on task sheets, placing orders, setting up customer returns and answering basic product questions. Prior customer service experience is not required. The selected candidate will receive product training and attend a weekly customer service meeting.
