Is this item in stock?

All items listed on PexSupply.com should be in stock unless otherwise noted with a message on the product page. If an item turns out to be out of stock for more than a few days, we will contact you to let you know the status of the order and if there are available alternative products to use. If you have a strict deadline on when you need a product, please call us before placing the order or note the date needed in the special instructions.

Can I purchase items not listed on your site?

If you need an item that isn't on our website, please contact us. We will most likely be able to find the product that you need. In some cases, the item has been discontinued and can be directly replaced by an item available on our site.

Do you drop ship?

We will drop ship orders if it means that you will receive them faster that way. Most orders will ship directly from our warehouse in Long Island, New York, but if a supplier has an item available and it will get to you faster, we will sometimes drop ship.

Do you have a local distributor close to me that I can get it from?

At this time, we only have one location, but all items will ship directly to you, wherever you are.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do, we ship to Canada on a daily basis. For other international shipments, please contact us. We can usually make arrangements for payment through wire transfer and shipment anywhere in the world.

Where does my order ship from?

Most orders will ship directly from our warehouse in Long Island, New York. In some cases, we will ship merchandise direct from the supplier in order to get it to you as quickly as possible.

Can I just pick up the order myself?

No. At this time, we do not have a pick-up facility and our warehouse is not equipped to handle walk-in customers. We will ship all merchandise to you as soon as possible and if you are close by, you will likely receive it the next day.

Can I change my order once it's been placed?

Yes. Contact us as soon as possible after placing the order if you would like to make a change. We will then check to see if the order has already left our facility. If the order has already shipped out, you will have to wait until it is received, then return the merchandise that you wanted changed or place a new order for extra items. If the order has not yet shipped, we will be able to make any necessary changes.
